Sales Consultant – (Nelspruit)

Job Brief
We are a dynamic and innovative technology and renewable energy company dedicated to delivering high-quality, bespoke software solutions to our clients. We sell customized ICT, CCTV, and renewable products and services. Hoggervr has more than 3000 products on offer. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

The role of the Sales person is to sell products, services and solutions that the company offers. Maintain and grow a strong client base. Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.

  • Understand client needs and propose customized ICT products.

  • Present product/service demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches to decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and business meetings as required.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or engineering industry.

  • Strong understanding of technology and engineering concepts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
