Personal/Administrative Assistant

Growing business is seeking a Personal/Administrative Assistant to help us keep on top of our busy schedule and operations. This is a perfect position for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, is a stickler for details and isn’t afraid to take charge. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to the office staff

*Responsibilities*
* Keep the office organized and running smoothly by answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
* Assist the office staff with small projects when they arise.
* Troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise.

*Requirements*
* Exceptional customer service skills with a strong customer focus.
* Likes a variety of responsibilities, willingness to take on challenges, and multi-tasks to get things done.
* Excellent communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
* A go-getter that likes to help and takes ownership of projects.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; Pastel experience a plus.
