Requirements:
-Matric Certificate
-Inventory management Certificate
-Fluent Speak, write and read in English
-Min 1 year experience in Admin
-Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
-Assertive, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic
-Performance driven, ability to plan, organise and put into action
-Attention to detail (accuracy)

Responsibilities
-General Office Administration – Performing all filing, and related functions (typing, copying) effectively and efficient
-Timeously administration of all incoming and outgoing emails
-Timeously processing purchase orders.
-Timeously requesting sales quotations from back office finance team
-Job card administration – collecting all job cards from warehouse controller on a daily basis. Preparing all supporting information for job card costing including but not limited to technician hour, materials used, travelled information km
-Receiving deliveries and GRVing into system on a daily basis
-Reconciling delivery notes with purchase orders on receipt of stock on a daily basis
-Perform monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock, and submit such information to back office finance team timeously for monthly month end process
-Month end stock take (Monthly)
-Stock procurement and order reconciliation (Daily)
-Job card and billing reconciliation (Daily)
-Maintain Health & Safety in work place and ensure that all HSE requirements are adhered to daily
General:
-Attend meetings as and when required;
-Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures;
-Perform all tasks and instructions diligently;
-Meet meal deadlines
-Good written and verbal command of the English language;
-Adhere to all ad hoc instructions from Management.
