We’re seeking a Junior HR and Payroll Administrator to play a pivotal role in our dynamic workplace; from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration.

Responsibilities:
▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating compelling job descriptions and conducting interviews.
▪Conduct pre-employment checks, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
▪Oversee HR administration, maintaining meticulous records, and generating insightful reports.
▪Stay abreast of HR laws and regulations, ensuring strict compliance.
▪Administer the complete payroll cycle, from processing payments to handling statutory recons.

Requirements:
▪Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
▪Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
▪1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with VIP SAGE proficiency.
▪Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
