Title: Boilermaker
Location: SFP Langeni Sawmill, Eastern Cape
The Role:
As a Boilermaker at Langeni Sawmill, you will be responsible for the drawing, fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair of plant machinery, ensuring optimal performance and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Mechanical Chargehand, you will play a key role in keeping our production processes running reliably and efficiently.
Qualifications:

Matric (Senior Certificate) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

N3 or N4 Technical qualifications

Appropriate Boilermaker Trade Test Certificates
Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production-based environment
-
Prior experience with drawing and fabrication of plant equipment

Knowledge of the sawmill industry is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Proficient in welding and repairing
-
Familiarity with safety procedures, including PPE requirements and manufacturing of machine guarding

Strong mechanical aptitude with a high standard of work quality and attention to detail
